Private Sessions

In my personalised 45-minute private sessions, I offer the flexibility of conducting the sessions in my dedicated space or in the comfort of your own home, depending on your child’s age. When we start working together, we’ll take a few moments to discuss the importance of looking after your child’s mental health. For students I see regularly, we’ll chat about their week and whether there are any particular challenges or issues they’d like to discuss.

The Meditation Sessions Progress At Your Child's Comfort Level

If your child prefers not to talk or isn’t sure what to bring up, that’s perfectly fine. I create a space for them, allowing anything to naturally arise as we proceed with the class. Together, we’ll explore areas where we can use meditation tools to work on those aspects. Some of the tools we use include energy balancing exercises, yoga poses, and focused breathing exercises.

Throughout our private/online sessions, I’ll emphasise core exercises designed to enhance mindfulness, improve focus, and promote emotional well-being. Through personalised
sessions, I provide a space for them to develop essential life skills and a deeper sense of self-awareness.

Group Classes

In my group classes, which last 60 minutes, I create a small and intimate environment where children within the same age range can come together and learn. Similar to my private classes, we discuss the importance of mental health and well-being. We then proceed with energy balancing exercises, yoga, and focused breathing exercises. During group classes, we engage in various activities catering to individual and collective experiences. Some activities are done individually, such as mandala meditation, where each child has the opportunity to express themselves creatively. We also incorporate group activities like “pass a laugh,” which fosters connection and laughter among the participants.

It’s important to note that in group classes, I understand that not all children may feel comfortable participating in every activity, and that’s perfectly okay. I meet each child exactly where they are at and respect their boundaries and comfort levels. Just as in my private sessions, my aim is to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where each child can explore mindfulness and well-being at their own pace.
