I’m Judy, a British-born Chinese on a journey to empower young minds through meditation and mindfulness. After experiencing pivotal moments, including the loss of family members and a dear close friend due to mental health struggles, and witnessing a friend’s child endure bullying, my desire to bolster my son’s self-esteem and confidence became a powerful catalyst for change.

It became clear that meditation and mindfulness held the key to providing children with essential tools to foster presence, happiness, and resilience in the face of life’s challenges. As an advocate for meditation and mindfulness, I am wholeheartedly committed to sharing invaluable skills with children. My aim is to help them lead lives infused with awareness, joy, and emotional well-being.
